The more we work with clients to discover and solve their problems, the more we notice that the major problems often aren't technical in nature, but rather are communication issues. The proponents of agile software development methods are slowly becoming aware of this, and the current emphasis on techniques such as project retrospectives is a sign of this increasing interest.

At MetaProg, we place an strong emphasis on people skills, and are constantly working on sharpening our skills in the fields of facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution and just good old conversation techniques, as we help our clients to communicate with each other and teach them to help themselves.
